- All orders will be shipped within the next 2 business days following the order. A tracking number will be sent to you after the order has shipped. Products are sent from our warehouse in Hong Kong. International orders usually take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered. Please note that additional taxes and custom fees may apply at the cost of the customer. For exact rates, please check with your local courier and customs office for more details. sandbucket limited cannot be held responsible for any custom fee.

Returns
you will have 30 days following your purchase to contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sandbucket-apparel.com and we will send you the details for the exchange.Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us after sending us an email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. - Payment & Pricing
- all the payments are made through Paypal. It is a no brainer, fast and secure. You can either enter your credit card information without any need of an account, either pay as usual with your Paypal account. all the prices are in US Dollars, unless otherwise mentioned.

Our boardshorts are currently made in China, while we keep an eye on other options to make sure we do get the best quality, paying attention to environment, working conditions and all aspects that we need to keep in control in order to contribute to a better world. we visit our suppliers ourselves, deal with them directly, and strive for the best available.
